Master Series presented by the Illinois State Bar Association
Don’t miss this fast-paced educational experience that explains
the Uniform Commercial Code!
Designed to govern billions of commercial transactions throughout the U.S., the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) is the longest and most complicated of the uniform acts. Because many attorneys struggle to interpret the UCC, they fail to attract new business and better serve their existing clients. Join us for this full-day seminar that not only covers the substantive meaning within the Code’s text, but also shows you how to line up statutory provisions through fundamental UCC policies. Learn how to approach UCC problems, create effective strategies for drafting and litigating, utilize provisions to maximize your clients’ interests, identify the benchmarks for notice and compliance, and expand your knowledge to help strengthen vulnerable clients. Seminar materials include a copy of Robert LeVine's book, The Uniform Commercial Code Made Easy.
